Exp: 1-3 Yrs
Education: Should have Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Science with minimum 1 year experience.
JD: Ability to provide desktop and laptop support for UK and North American counterparts. Experience in Voice based Support. Exposure in Desktop & Laptop Support. Good knowledge on computer hardware (incl. Printers, Scanners, UPS, EPABX etc.). Hands on exp in Microsoft outlook.
•Hands on exp in Windows XP Professional.
