JD: Prepare HR-MIS reporting. Offer Preparation and joining formalities. Updating employees personal file. Maintain and updating MIS data. Develop and write queries to analyze data, perform trend analysis, and identify data discrepancies. Identify discrepancies in data reported, research and resolve within tight time frames. Create queries to respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from various contacts within a timely fashion. Develop ongoing data review strategy, identify data discrepancies and perform data clean-up when needed. Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage complex work within tight deadlines.
