-Creating and managing Micro partition (processor pool, IO pool, virtual ether net)
-Performance tuning ( Kernel, System, memory)
-Knowledge in High availability tools like HACMP
-Knowledge in platform design/architecting
-Knowledge in LPAR AND DLPAR
