- Data support for operations for weekly and monthly reviews.
- Generating and Publishing Client reports Daily, Weekly and Monthly.
- Providing tactical and explicable operational level analysis for deviation of SLAs and Targets.
- Publishing various Individual and Team wise Score Cards, Trackers, and Dashboards etc
- Providing Data support, Presentation support, Informational reports, Performance Metrics for all the Processes
Skills:
Proficiency in MS office. (MS- Excel, Power Point, MS- Access). Time management skills. Analytical and Problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and a self-starter.
