-Strong experience to design J2EE based applications.
-Strong hands on/trouble shooting/mentor skills web services, SPRING, Hibernate, JSF etc
-Candidate should not be a Job-hopper.
-He/she should complete minimum two years of their tenure in present company. Candidates from CMM Level 3/4/5 companies will be preferred.
-Must have good interpersonal skills.
