-Managing the front desk, ensuring right decor & cleanliness in the facility.
-Handling Calls & diverting them to the person / dept concerned.
-Greeting the incumbents, resolving their queries & directing them appropriately.
-Co-ordinating with the HR team for walk in interviews, new joinees, induction & orientation, maintaining the employee attendance.
-Handling incoming & outgoing e-mails & drafting letters
-Only Female Candidates
