-Interacting with customers, understanding their needs and providing technical support to the Customer by remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting the queries on all CISCO products.
-Fairly conversant with Networking Fundamentals viz: Routing Protocols, TCP/ IP and IRQs
-Basic operating systems related to Networking
-Knowledge of CISCO product will be an added advantage
-Good communication skills in written as well as verbal.
