Job Description:
-Make outbound sales calls to the ‘decision makers’ in the identified vertical segment.
-Would be responsible for campaigning and promoting products/solutions, qualifying leads and thereby widening the opportunity funnel.
-Update the CRM database on the progress of the calls and hand over ‘qualified leads’ to the Network Solutions BU.
-To maintain internal database of all prospective and current customers or channel partners.
-Should be able to work closely with Account Managers to support customer base.
-Build and clean the wireless contact database.
Skills:
-2+ years demonstrated experience in making outbound sales calls to the ‘decision makers’ preferably in the Wireless Telecom segment.
-Proficiency in using call center tools and CRM package will be an added advantage.
-Effective communication and presentation skills, including ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people across the globe.
-Effective Technical/Business writing skills
