-Strong ability to stay focused on the objectives and should not get overwhelmed by resumes, calls, candidates and the recruitment process
-Needs to have strong work ethic, willing to accept challenges & pressure
-Should handle the recruitment process in a pleasant, professional way while being focused on the objectives.
-Supervise and manage the interview process- administer tests,evaluate the performance, screen out misfits, assess candidates.
-Work with full zeal and achieve targets.
-Should be able to clearly communicate the benefits of working at Magna to candidates.
-Looking at only Domestic Recruitment Exp added advantage would be work exp in Contract staffing.
