Branch Manager

Qualification: Any Graduate/MBA/PGDM

Job Description:
-Generating revenue and achieving targets through the sales of all financial products.(LI/GI/MF/Demat/FD)
-To generate Profitable business in all segments
-Ensuring proper administrative functioning
-To ensure that all the assets at branch are functioning properly.
-Training & Development of team members
-Ensuring proper marketing & promotional activities at branch level.
-Ensuring team members participation in contests & activities floated in branches
-Increasing market share by new client acquisition .
-Providing Market Intelligence.
-Ensuring that the Morning Minutes, EOD report & DSR are timely send by all the team members.
-Ensuring that all the team members are logging & reporting in CRM software (Talisma) on daily basis.
-Ensuring that the attendance of the branch is sent timely.
-Responsible for retaining his existing team members.
-Ensuring that proper before & after sales service is provided to the clients.
-Visiting clients periodically to sort out their grievances, if any.
-Ensuring that proper communication channel is followed by the team members.
-To ensure that all the trading are done in an ethical manner.
-To ensure that confirmation is given to all the clients for all the trades on daily basis.
-Doing different activities in branch and in open market as well to enhance revenue and brand equity of the company.

Skills:
-Good communication skills, knowledge of local market, experience in current role.
-At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Managers specializing in Sales – Financial Services (Insurance, Broking house, etc) or equivalent.
-Job role in sales /Team Lead (with all financial Products such as :- LI/, GI, Equity, Commodity , MF, FD).
