Job Description:
-Responsible for business development, Branch Profitability, across all product viz Equity, Mutual Fund, Insurance, PMS, On-line Product, commodity etc..along with team building and back up for each function
-Co-ordination with Research Team and get the information on Long Term/ Short Term advisor for your clients
-Required to oversee performance of the entire team RM wise and ensure client is properly serviced
-Conduct Weekly sales review meet
-Make presentations, seminars to investor groups / Corporate Clients
-Ensure Remisiers are provided with proper business support in related activities
-Motivating the team members and team building on an ongoing basis
Skills:
-Ability to customize solutions for HNI clients
-Is updated and is n a position to Advise and update the client on various investment opportunities.
-Should have the required domain expertise
-Should have the required ability to identify the target segment and pitch the same
