-Requirement Gathering & Client Interactions;
-Analyzing the requirements and Trouble Shooting;
-Application Program Designing & Development;
-Technical Team Handling;
-Review the Code, helping the Technical Team, ensuring Project Objectives are met;
-Project Resource and Resource Planning;
-Defining and Implementing Software Development Life Cycle
Skills:
-Minimum 8 Years of relevant experience in Java / J2ee Technologies and should be Expertise in Java / J2ee related Technologies.
-High degree of competency in Object-Oriented Design and Analysis.
-Strong Communication Skills with Client interaction experience.
-Should be good in Struts, spring, Hibernate and WebServices.
-Experience in using their strong Object Oriented Design and Development Skills and strong Analytical Skills as an Individual Contributor, Architecting, Designing and Developing Java, J2EE Applications.
-Ability to multi-task and maintain Project schedules.
-Should have experience in leading a team.
