-Minimum 8 years of Commercial Software Development experience with Microsoft Technologies and should be Expertise in ASP.NET, C# and VB.NET.
-Extensive working experience with MS SQL 2000 / 2005.
-High degree of competency in Design and Analysis.
-Strong Communication Skills with Client interaction experience.
-Experience in using their Design and Development Skills and strong Analytical Skills as an Individual Contributor, Architecting, Designing and Developing .Net Applications.
-Ability to multi-task and maintain Project schedules.
-Should have experience in leading a team.
-Experience in White Box and Black Box Testing, is a plus.
-Experience in Visual Basic, is a plus.
