- Experience in US market credit card collections and debt recovery is preferable.
- Should have experience in Skip Tracing the Customers, Contact information and updating the same on the records for Collections.
- Should have experience in understanding the customer’s needs and requirements and providing them possible payment options.
- Need excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
