-Should be less than 26 years of age
-Exposure to architecture, design, security and hands-on experience in coding.
-Should be well versed in Microsoft technologies such as .net, sql server 2005.
-Knowledge of general Microsoft development standards and best practices
-Work experience in programming for medium to large scale projects
-Proactive, excellent in planning and execution.
-Adhere to the organizational Quality Management System guidelines
-Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
