-2+ years professional development experience with C# and ASP.Net 2.0/3.5
-2+ years RDBMS development experience preferably with SQL Server 2005
-2 to 3 years experience supporting medium to large enterprise environments
-2+ years experience with MOSS 2007
-Solid understanding of T-SQL, JavaScript, HTML/DHTML, and XML/XSLT
-Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services
-Experience with Content Management Systems
-Knowledge of security standards and techniques for web applications and portals
-Create and execute project work plans to meet changing needs and requirements
-Solid experience working with project stakeholders and end-users to elicit and analyze requirements and determine functional specifications
-Communicate effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate solutions
-Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of customers
-Strong desire to continually advance professional skills and mentor junior developers Microsoft certifications s
