-Responsible for answering calls related to credit card disputes.
-The process involves end to end acquiring and issuing side charge back processing.
-Responsible to process copy requests, investigation, follow up with merchants, charge back initiation.
Skills:
-Good Communication skills
-Prior experience of Merchant Acquiring or back end operations in a Banking process shall be preferred.
-Good operating knowledge of MS office
