Job Description:
-Responsible for industry research, competitor research and profiling
-Calling CXO (Top) Level Global Executives to identify business opportunities
-Identifying and researching future prospects
-Responsible for database building and maintenance
-Initiating contacts through various modes including phone, email and web
-Responsible for end-to-end ownership of sales campaigns
-Generating leads and handling first and second level calls
-Capturing pertinent customer data elements to increase knowledge on customers
-To prepare tracking reports: activities, leads and sales
-To maintain up-to-date knowledge of industries and clients’ products and services
Skills:
-Fair understanding of Global Outsourcing industry & cycle
-Excellent communication skills
-Experience in a calling process (pref. sales) for a year plus
-Good reasoning ability
-Client handling skills
-Willingness to work in Night Shift
-High level of energy with sense of ownership
