Job Description:
-Accounting of Journal Vouchers
-Preparing salary statements & sending salaries to bank of all employees.
-Computation of tax to be deducted, deduction of TDS On various expenses and remitting the same to the IT Dept. within due date.
-Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement.
-Filing of Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly, Annual TDS, ESI, PF, PT, Service Tax & Sales Tax Returns.
-Finalization of Accounts
-Co-ordinate with the payroll in Filing of annual IT returns for the company
-Co-ordinate with Auditors during IT Returns & Auditing
-Good Experience in Tally.
-Able to create Invoices, generate P/L statements / Service Tax/ TDS reports.
-Strong communication skills (Verbal/Written)
-Strong TALLY Skills
-Needs to be mobile and willing to travel around Bangalore.
Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/CA/DAA
Exp: 4+yrs
