ASP.Net-Team Lead

Job Description:
-At least 4 + years of development and Team Leading experience in Windows and Web Based applications using Microsoft .NET 2.0/3.5 Framework : ASP.NET and C#.
-Must have experience of handling 5 or more Live Projects and should know deployment Problems and Issues.
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft .NET framework and C# language, Web Services, WCF , XML ,XLST and XSD, XMLFORM , XHTML,CSS, JavaScript, AJAX (preferably MS Ajax Extensions and the AJAX toolkit) , Remoting, Unit testing.
-Should be very good in database like sql server, queries, Stored Procedures & Triggers.
-Experience in developing n-tier application and should have strong skills in Performance Coding and Security Standards and Unit Testing.
-Provide technical leadership and supervise team members in broad technical areas from basic software development methodologies to guidance on complex technical issues.
-Strong Time Management Skills and Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
-Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are mandatory.
-Conducting effective design & code reviews, incorporating software development best practices.
-Must have in depth of Architecture Oriented Programming and all methodologies followed by Microsoft.
-Experience with Atlas and Silverlight will be an advantage.
-In Hand Implementation of complete SDLC including analysis, design, development, testing, documentation and must have experience in developing various types of documents.

Qualification: Any Graduate
