-Candidates should have a Degree in Engineering / Diploma in engineering or equivalent with Diploma in Industrial Safety from Regional/ Central Labour Institute / certification from NEBOSH (National Education Board of Occupational Safety & Health) and any other additional HSE qualifications from a recognised institute.
-Must have hands-on experience in preparation of HSE plans, quantitative risk assessment through HIRA/GRA methods, facilitating implementation of statutory environmental policies relevant to the project, conducting training programme on HSE systems and procedures, carrying out inspection and follow-up for compliance and implementation.
-Should be well-versed in accident investigation, analysis and recommendation of preventive measures.
