Job Description:
-Business generation in assigned territory through agents
-Develop new sourcing streams by adding new agents
-Maximize share of business through business partners
-Support business sourcing by coordinating regular training programs
-Ensure adherence to defined processes
-Evolve, drive and manage sales promotional activities
-Maintain positive business generation and ensuring portfolio profitability in the territories assigned
-Provide constant feedback on company’s products and market intelligence
-Reporting into the Sales Manager the person will be responsible for sales through agents
Skills:
-Experience in channel sales/handling agents
-Relationship building skills
-1-3 years of work experience of selling financial products will be an advantage
-Knowledge of local language would be an added advantage
Qualification: Any Graduate
