Job Description:
-Responsible for recruiting for all levels for the clients.
-Reporting to the Recruitment Delivery Mgr.
-End to end responsibility for Requisition/Sourcing/Selection/ On boarding.
-Successfully meeting all recruitment timelines for the different projects.
-Plan, develop and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with line managers.
-Works with line managers to develop and implement staffing strategies and programs (where appropriate).
-Strategic Talent Attraction and Talent Sourcing.
-Must have a strong ability to work with speed and juggle multiple priorities (quantity & speed)
-Escalation of issues to clients immediately and follow through / escalate until resolution.
-Responsible for documentation, report generation and analysis
-Working in conjunction with other functions to meet & exceed customer expectations.
-Delivering on process SLA’s within the defined TAT.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Exp: 0-2yrs
