-Providing IT assistance it includes application support, hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
-Configuring Lotus Note or Out look.
-Knowledge on Server.
-Providing Level 1 and L 2 Support to Users.
-Response & closure of calls within committed norms
Qualification: Any Graduate/Diploma
Exp: 2-3yrs
