Job Description:
-Provide remote resolution front line support for Desktop, Workstations, Laptop and other technologies as required.
-Resolve all RS Tickets or Requests to customer satisfaction and within their Service Level agreements.
Skills:
-L2 Level Desktop Support
-Candidates with MCSE or CCNA Certifications will be preferred
-Graduation from reputed University
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Experience in Desktop and laptop related troubleshooting
Qualification: Any Graduate – MCSE/CCNA Certifications
