BSS Engineers-Managed Services

Job Description:
-Has to take care of all BSS technical activities for the entire circle.
-Execution and coordination of field activities related to BSS/BSC
-Corrective and Preventive maintenance of equipments (BSS//RAN)
-Coordinating with other departments for capacity, quality and operational issues
-Coordinating with customer for operational issues
-Coordinate with field Engineers for timely completion of all the BSS activities.
-Manage spares, tools and equipments.
-Provisioning of O & M scheduled reports.
-Customer complaint handling and resolution
-Installation, commissioning of equipments (BTS, BSC etc.)
-Interacting with 3rd party vendors.
-Hardware and Software up-gradation

Skills:
-Experience in BSS
-Good Communication skills in English Language, Thorough knowledge of BSC, Transscoder and BTS
-Should be well versed with Um, Abis and A interface,
-Knowledge of Microwave and MUX will be a added advantage,
-Experience of working in managed service scenario will be a plus.

Qualification: BE/BTech in CSE /ECE

Exp: 5yrs
