-Good knowledge on VMware GSX/ESX Servers
-Good knowledge on Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 & Windows 2003 including Active Directory
-Good knowledge about backup/restores & the software available
-Should have worked with OEM hardware (IBM/HP) & remote connectivity tools
-Should be aware of RAID concepts and disk management tools
-Should have good troubleshooting skills
Qualification: Any Graduate
Exp: 4-9yrs
