Business Development Managers (BDM)
Will be responsible for business Development
-Client relationship Management.
-Generating Business from the clients
-Excellent Communication Skills.
-Should be dynamic, and involve in business development for organisation.
-Responsible for Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) across all levels as per the plan within budgeted cost.
-Working on various job portals, posting job requirements, screening profiles, evaluating, short listing candidates, interviews and salary negotiations.
-Doing executive search & industry mapping & maintaining the database for different sector.
-Closing the positions within the stipulated time.
-Team Lead experience
-Supervising recruitment activities and allocating tasks for the day to team members.
-Coordinating with client and internal customers (In House Project Teams) for their staffing & Manpower requirements on a daily basis.
-Vendor evaluation and Vendor Management.
-Building a very good understanding with existing clients.
Work Location: Bangalore
Qualification: Any Graduate
