- Must have worked on JSP, Servlets, and Struts
- Must be good in Java
- Must have worked on JDBC, Hibernate, and Oracle/SQL Server
- Expertise on Agile technologies is must
- Expertise on process like TDD is must
- Experience on EJB 3.0 is appreciated
- Exposure to SOA and ESB is definite advantage
- Experience on spring is definite advantage
- Experience on XML and Web Services is must
- Experience on build tool like Ant is required
