Job Description:
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Analysts to understand business requirements
- Create help documents, Technical proposals, white papers, product documents, case studies etc
- Ability in any one of the following areas beyond tech Writing viz. delivery of presentations and conducting of training, suggest usability improvement in the product, creative Writing, business analysis etc. will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills, language and document organizing skills
- Experience in MS Office, Microsoft Visio and/or any image capturing and editing tool
- Capable of Writing in accordance with MSTP and company-specific style guide
- Handling documentation tasks independently
- Knowledge of various phases of software documentation life cycle and processes would be a plus
