Job Description:
-Ability to perform accounting entries for payables, receivables and do general ledger accounting.
-Ability to quickly understand accounting policies and procedures followed by the client
-Accurate data entry / high speed in vouching
-Ensure quality work and on-time delivery
-Set and achieve efficiency and utilization goals.
-Maintain confidentiality of all official and client information.
-Be a good team player
-Understand, implement and contribute best practices for operations and constantly seek opportunities for process improvement.
-Maintain proper documentation and subsequent updations of processes.
-Measure and report on quality and performance metrics.
Candidate Profile:
-Experience in accounting and data entry. Preferred if worked in US based accounting process (Process e.g. General ledger, accounts payable, receivable)
-Knowledge of MS office (MS Word, Access, Excel and PDF)
-6 months years of experience required. Fresher with good academic records can be considered
-Excel knowledge should be average
-Quickness in query resolution
-Analytical skills will be a plus
Flexible with night shift (ANYTIME BETWEEN 08.00 PM IST TO 07.30 AM IST)
