Job Description:
-Acts as a point of contact for the Manager and onshore operations,
-Build relationship with the counterpart and onshore operations,
-Works with manager and the Counterpart to understand the business requirement,
-Interacts with the support groups (HR, training, Six Sigma, BPM, MIS)
-Strong focus on quality control,
-Excellent Client Management Skills,
-Expert in Financial Analysis & Reporting,
-Extensive spreadsheet reporting,
-Analytical Approach to the Data and Reports,
-Requirements driven from the US Process Manager.
-Profitability analysis(by Function/Product/Region etc)
-Provide Budget Vs Actual Analysis
-Headcount analysis
-Trend Analysis,
-Financial Metrics Analysis of Competitors/Peers,
-Expert Knowledge of MS – Excel and MS- Access
-Should have knowledge of VBA and Macros for Financial Reporting
-Should have worked in ERP environment
