Job Description:
-Must work with the author in creating artwork that fits the book
-Ability to understand instructions and descriptions in English language
-Brainstorm and create drafts of ideas
-Discuss illustration at various stages of completion and makes changes as necessary
-Must have the abilities to receive constructive criticism and meet deadlines
-Must be able to produce artwork that is appropriate and appealing to a span of ages, genders, backgrounds and ideas
-Determine style, technique, and medium best suited to produce desired effects
-Conform to reproduction requirements and acts on specific instructions regarding these variables
-Create/work with a project timeline and meet deadlines
-Work with printers or others to ensure the quality of the final product
Candidate Profile: Should have expertise on software like photoshop, coraldraw, Adobe Illustrator or any other equivalent software/application.
