Job Description:
Should be able to assist senior engineers for timely completion of the projects.
Should be able to prepare the schedules and progress reports.
Should be able to prepare bill of quantities, contractor’s bills, bar bending schedules and various checklists.
Should have good knowledge of finishing works.
Should be conversant with the various services like plumbing, electrical, firefighting etc.
Should be able to achieve and maintain the highest quality standards as may be desired.
Candidate Profile:
B.E. (Civil) / D.C.E .Knowledge of computers especially Autocad, MS Projects, Prima Vera will be an added advantage.
2-4 years for B.E.(Civil), 4-6 years for D.C.E in commercial / high rise projects preferably with a developers group.
Preferrable candidates from Mumbai only
