-Able to independently prepare tender documents for all the works
-Finalize various contractors and prepare the work orders
-Should assist in material selection and preparation of specifications for the various materials
-Should be able to give technical support to the purchase department
-Should be able to check and certify the bills of contractors
Candidate Profile:
-Pleasing personality and enthusiastic.
-Proficiency in writing mails.
-Good command over English language.
-Must have a professional appearance for a professional work environment.
-Should have good computer skills and good knowledge
-Candidates from Mumbai only preferred
