Job Description:
To handle International Inbound Calls.
Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.
Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels.
Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service.
Ascertain customer needs and take action in a timely manner.
Perceptive and intuitive nature with the ability to solve problem.
Candidate Profile:
-Candidates with minimum 6months of International BPO experience
-Freshers can also apply.
-Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
-Customer focused
-Comfortable working in shifts
-Flexible and adaptable to changing demands
-Team player
-Typing speed of 20 to 25 WPM
