Developing code on J2EE technologies
Complete ownership of the assigned tasks – coding, testing, debugging and process improvements
Gather requirements on new enhancements through client interaction.
Analyze product issues and resolve as per SLA.
Candidate Profile:
3-5 years of Hands-on experience with Java, Servlets, JSP, Struts, JDBC, JMS, EJB and WAS 7.0 Exposure to Unix Shell scripting, PL&SQL would be an added advantage
Exposure to toplink is not must however experience with ORM tools is preferred.
Experience/knowledge on UI design is an added advantage.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and client facing skills.
