Strong experience in SQL &PL/SQL.
Should have worked on Java Projects
Should be willing to share Java Development along with PL/SQL works.
Frameworks like Spring and any UI Frameworks like Struts.
ORM tools like Hibernate, IBatis ( One of them)
Build Tools like Ant, Maven
App Servers like Tomcat, JBoss
Experience in any Reporting Frameworks like BIRT, Jasper
