Job Description:
-Cordination with cross-functional departments for ascertaining procurement plans for material / Consumables. Developing & implementing key strategies for the purchase of materials from various sources to achieve cost reduction in procurement and logistics.
-Identifying & Developing potential Vendors / Suppliers for achieving cost effectiveness, assessment of performance of vendors based on their productivity and competitiveness.
-Managing inventory of raw material /consumables and disposing off to curb inventory carrying costs.
-Adhering to quality / legal / safety requirements set by the company etc.
-Stores MIS Report every month,
-Purchase requisition on Daily basis.
-Verify Goods receipts note.
-Maintaining Minimum & Maximum stock level.
-Verify the quality & quantity , Expiry date of the Materials
-Non-moving item report every week/ month.
-Issue material based on indent.
-Receive material based on DPO
-Item code creation.
-Vender code creation in all outlets Closing stock verification & stores
-Follow FIFO(first in first out)
-Handling the inventory function so as to curtail inventory holding expenses and adherence to maximum and minimum stocking system for various spares and minimize wastage.
-Minimum of 2 4 years of experience in similar stream
