Job Description:
-Collecting, analyzing and interpreting information in a logical and coherent manner
-Preparing functional specifications and requirements statements / Process Mapping and Documentation
-Ensure that the relevant groups are fully briefed with respect to the requirements relating to support and change management
-Handling project procedures and preparation of Training manuals
Candidate Profile:
4+ years of experience in Asp.net
Experience in ASP.Net and web based applications
Strong knowledge in SQL server and Sharepoint
Prior experience in client communication and onsite implementation is a must
Superior customer service mindset and commitment to excellent customer service is a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have the ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Capability to handle software implementation and handle use training (Techno-functional kind of person) – including preparation of training outlines, of customer specific business requirements and reporting, based on customer specifications and established standards
Consult with customers to determine and review software, or system functional specifications and obtain initial customer sign-offs prior to system installation
Conduct end-user staff and/or management training to ensure a smooth installation process and minimize post-installation support requirements
Provide live support coverage at customer sites on and after the system live date as budgeted and required by the Customer to ensure a smooth opening or transition to their new system and minimize post-installation support requirements
Address customer issues list and obtain final customer sign-offs to validate their satisfaction with the new system
Capability to create required technical documents for development
Ability to co-ordinate two or three members team
Research and Development as and when required
