Knowledge of remote support & L1 level troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of installation, troubleshooting and configuration of hardware, OS, Printer, MS Outlook mail client etc.
Domain environment knowledge is must.
Knowledge of AD, Group Policies, User ID creation, DNS, DHCP etc.
Basic knowledge of networking
Good communications skills & presentable personality.
Graduates, 3 Yrs Diploma holders or Graduation Persuing persuing can only apply.
