Service Desk Associate
Qualification: Any Graduate/ Diploma
- Call logs through phone/email and ensure closure as per the process.
- Follow-up/update ticket for every call to ensure timely closure.
- Call ownership, drive to resolution and communication with customer.
- Perform Life Cycle of Incident Management Process, starting with Incident Logging to Call Closure and customer satisfaction survey.
- Telephonic support to Field Engineers and Co-ordination with Vendors.
- Readiness to stretch whenever required.
- Proactive monitoring & Perform documented Escalation process.
- Customer Handling/ Service Support Skills.
- Strong Command on Verbal and Written English and presentation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basics of Windows, Desktops, Peripherals and Networking (IT/ IT infrastructure).
- Willingness to work in 24/7 Environment.
