Job Description:
-Develop recruitment strategy – sourcing optimization, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent acquisition.
-Innovation – creative recruitment solutions in challenging/difficult areas to attract appropriate level and quality of staff
-Preparing job descriptions and arriving at the pay cost budget along with the C&B.
-Explore sourcing options – Internal Job Posting, referrals, walk ins, portals, ads, campus to close vacancies.
-Identify future talent needs and develop talent pool for high risk and/or critical positions which would be available for immediate activation when the need arises.
-Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
-Counsel and communicate to the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
-Support development of specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent retention and attraction.
-Develop campus recruiting programs more particularly for junior openings.
-Develop and sustain relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
-MIS reporting to Leadership Team on recruitment lead time, trend, costs and benefits.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with business leaders and managers
• Ability to advise on recruitment methods, approaches to market and market information
• Must possess a high level of analytical, interpersonal skill.
• A commercial outlook
• High level of credibility
• Exposure to manufacturing recruitment particularly multi location challenges.
Candidate Profile:
-Minimum 5 years, desirable 7 to 9 years of experience in end to end Recruitment activities.
-Confident, capable and highly tenacious
-Consultative in approach, facilitate interview panels, take a stand and lead the process
-Ability to handle high volume recruitment
-Ability to define and build talent acquisition process and strategy
-Ability to delegate tasks to team members where appropriate
-Excellent prioritisation skills
-Effective communication skills
-Comfort with numbers, C&B and Recruitment MIS.
-Ability to build lasting relationships with business leaders and managers
-Ability to advise on recruitment methods, approaches to market and market information
-Must possess a high level of analytical, interpersonal skill.
