Exp: 1-3yrs
Job Description:
The Candidate should be self motivated, willing to work in small team to provide best technical support to our web hosting customers.
The candidates need to have very good technical skills and good aptitude, high level of desktop & server management skills and he should be willing to learn technologies fast.
The Candidate should be willing to learn & manage both windows as well as Linux Servers in our Datacenter in US. He should be well aware of or learn CPanel, Plesk/Helm Control Panel, WHMCS etc.
Certifications like Cisco Certifications, RHCSA, MCSA etc. will be preferred.
The Candidate must be quick in problem resolution, sincere enough to reply and support customers in time and close the issues fast and must have good English.
Professionals currently in Bangalore, who can join immediately, will be preferred.
Knowledge of spoken Hindi will be an extra advantage
