Technical Support Engineer
Qualification: Any Graduate
- Handle customer support requests via phone, email & onsite.
- Answer specific requests for technical assistance in a timely & proficient manner.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the analytical skills.
- Follow-up on unresolved customer problems & submit to Core Team/QA Team.
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Collecting the new virus samples/suspicious files found at customer end & submit them to Malware Research Team.
- Giving demonstrations to customers along with the marketing person
- Provide on-the-job training for new employees.
