Support customers via phone, mails. Responsible for resolution of issues faced by the customers on the company’s software product.
Inbound call handling and troubleshooting
Should have good communication skills in English.(both written and verbal)
Work involves working in night shifts on rotational basis
Should have technical knowledge in Networking, SQL, Windows OS, IIS, Word, Excel etc.
