Qualification: Any Graduate
The role is focused purely on fetching Business from International Market via old and new acquisitions and is suited to people who are Excellent in Communication Skills and are “Hunters OR Farmers” in the Business Industry.
People which can exploit their exceptional communication, persuation and negotiation skills with effective and successful results are required.
- Hunt for New Accounts or Fetching business from the earlier acquired accounts and be responsible for entire client relationship, satisfaction and revival cycle starting from Prospecting to Closure.
- Identifies & implements innovative strategies into sales and cultivation of relationship to increase profitability in the business.
- Generate leads through Outbound efforts & Inbound leads.
Should be CS/IT Graduate only.
Should posses good command over oral & written communication skills.
Should be willing to work in rotational shifts as per international business.
Should strive to be a target driven individual.
Should be a self learner & quick in adaptation.
Should be able to handle the pressure.
Knowledge of IT services industry is an added advantage.
If fresher, exposure of Web Technologies or Technical Background.
