Qualification: Any Graduate
US CHAT SUPPORT :
-To provide timely and effective resolutions to customer’s queries through chat and E-mail.
-To achieve the productivity target
-Ability to handle multiple chats effectively with a good typing speed.
-Provide customer service with the human interface, identify and understand customer needs
-Ability to provide effective and achieve 100% customer satisfaction
-Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills in English
-Prior Exp in Chat support or Email Support would be an addded advantage
-Fresher /Under Graduate/Graduate can also apply -Enthusiastic, proactive and a team player.
-Basic computer knowledge is a must
-Willing to work in 24*7 Shifts
