Provide Training to SO & motivate them to sell company products in market.
Identifying promotional opportunities that enhance brand awareness and to get the business for Sales Officer.
Generate the new way and ideas to promote business.
Give daily reporting to concern reporting Manager.
Conduct meeting with SO.
Access local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities
Taking care of Critical Customer Needs.
Achieve set targets with in specific time with the help of SO.
