He should have an exposure to Core Java with database (DB2/Sybase/Oracle/SQL) AND spring OR hibernate
Should have worked in all SDLC phases of development projects
Need to have associates with good track record and excellent communication skills
People with a zeal to work in a direct client environment (in India)
